On behalf of our client, a multinational fast-growing company within Energy & Gas Sector, we are currently looking for an expert Application Support Specialist, to join its innovative IT department.

 

A day in the life of an Application Support Specialist

As a member of the IT Support Help Desk, you will support company’s CRM core system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and relevant CRM tools. You will ensure all application functions work effectively and support users.

Your day-to-day

  • Handle all incoming requests through the internal ticketing system
  • Provide 1st level support to key users and perform troubleshooting/issue resolution
  • Carry out incident resolution in person or remote to key users
  • Participate in user trainings, issue and user documentation and manuals
  • Customize and enhance applications, leveraging experience with built-in admin, reporting, and development tools
  • Participates in application-related projects and assists in the definition, execution, and monitoring of milestones
  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding application systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules
  • Provide incident/resolution report to the IT Manager
  • Execute all configuration changes and monitor application for usefulness and data integrity
  • Assist in any other IT sector projects/ activities as per operational needs  

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant  field
  • 3+ years’ experience as a software application expert
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft oriented technologies (SQL, .NET)
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Excellent use of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of business processes and metrics
