On behalf of our client, an international awarded ingenious software product company located in Athens, we are currently looking for a highly driven Application Support & Quality Assurance Engineer to enter their dynamic and energetic team.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage customer support requests and ticket lifecycle.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer requests, provide solutions and follow-up (email, helpdesk tool or phone) to ensure resolution.
• Track issues through to resolution and monitor service level agreements 
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams (quality assurance, produce, development)
• Conduct proactive and post-release testing (maintenance releases and upgrades) to existing and new client environments.
• Utilise various types of testing to ensure product performance, integrity and functional quality.
• Support other product quality assurance (testing) activities.
• Produce customer support materials, reports and documentation.
• Work closely with development, quality assurance and customer success teams.
• Work with project management systems ensuring they are kept up to date to assist the team with overall delivery planning. 
• Contribute to the review and design of customer support & quality assurance strategy and practices.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers and internal teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Computer Science, IT or other relevant fields). 
• minimum 2+ years of experience in customer  application support and software testing.
• Experience with testing tools and testing processes.
• Experience is managing customer support requests.
