On behalf of our client, a creative and growth services digital agency that uses proprietary technology and data-driven strategy to unlock the true growth potential of its clients all over the world, we are currently looking for a Creative Strategist, to work remotely as part of a creative tea team of professionals.

 

A day in the life of a 'Creative Strategist’

You will manage a diverse portfolio of world class clients and help them to define their creative strategy and to build and protect their brands through various stages of creative development. You will act among the internal teams and be responsible to analyze data and give the directions through your cool new ideas and strategies in order unlock the true growth potential of the company’s clients.

Your day-to-day

  • Working with designers and writers to bring company’s vision to life, keeping on brand and on message
  • Keeping a close eye on the quality of ads, that means consistency with the brand and creative strategy again
  • Putting your thinking cap on to research who would be interested in buying what the clients are selling and why
  • Working as part of the team to assess a company's strengths and develop brand positioning
  • Diving into the performance data to see which ads are working and then, breaking it down to see which creative routes are doing the best and for which user segments
  • Joining client calls to listen and learn, building an idea of the brand through participation in workshops
  • Keeping a close eye on the planned work for the creative department vs the number of creative hours available

 What you will need

  • At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing as Creative Strategist preferable in a digital agency
  • Additional experience as a copywriter or designer is huge plus
  • An eye for good copy and design (and, maybe more importantly, for bad copy and design)
  • Impressive powers of persuasion (through storytelling)
  • A portfolio that shows you can tell a brand’s story through great campaigns
  • Intimate knowledge of digital - that means you’ve written and/or reviewed social media paid ads, landing pages, email copy, whitepapers etc.
  • Comfortable looking at data to determine the performance
  • Some experience managing people will be considered as a plus
  • Proficient in English at a written and oral level as you will be working with people on a global level
