Περιγραφή Θέσης

On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company located in Athens with a worldwide clientele and a unique product, we are currently looking for an exceptional CRM and digital presence Consultant, to join one of the largest integrator consulting teams in Europe.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting our worldwide customers, OEM’s and partners in best practice of automotive processes concerning Sales and Lead Management, CRM, Digital Presence as well as Digital Marketing Campaign Management
  • Conducting presales presentations of our product portfolio for executive audience 
  • Analyzing specific customer processes, proposing improvements, suggesting optimal customer business solutions
  • Training and Coaching of partners’ consultants and customers’ key users
  • Providing customer view and feedback to the product departments
  • Functioning as a main representative of the company towards customers, OEMs and partners. 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Distinct practical experience in CRM products and related processes such as Salesforce, SAP or MS Dynamics
  • Academic Studies in Business Administration or IT or Marketing
  • Good understanding of the retail and wholesale processes (especially marketing and sales)
  • Strong sense of business management and knowledge of successful business consulting practice
  • Ability to explain complex technical & process information on user level 
  • Capability of presenting and discussing information on a management level
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

Strong Pluses

  • Experience with automotive retail processes 
  • Experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP Business One
  • Solid knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably German

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with high-pressure situations with a customer orientation and with an intercultural awareness
