On behalf of our client, a super fast-growing delivery service company, we are currently looking for a self-driven Full Stack Engineer, to join its software development team.

A day in the life of a Full Stack Engineer

You will be part of a growing team that develops all our client’s application stacks. The company is building multiple applications both customer-facing and internal ones. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about developing web apps, by always paying attention to detail. You are committed to producing high-quality code by taking part in all the full stack development processes. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humor is a bonus!

Your day-to-day

• Assist in building and enhancing our front-end architecture and code quality
• Work to improve overall system architecture and design components to meet those goals
• Develop new features and functionality for high transaction, large-scale websites
• Identify and communicate front-end best practices. Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the software
• Writing reliable tests and reviewing others’ code to help keep the bugs out
• Working as a part of a self-organizing SCRUM team to develop new features and functionality for high-volume, large-scale websites

What you will need

• Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge of JavaScript
• Solid experience in React at least 2 years
• Opinionated about quality
• Ability to learn and critique new technologies quickly
• Knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Great to have

• Knowledge of Node.js
• Ability to work with cross-functional multicultural teams
• Scrum agile methodologies experience
