On behalf of our client, a leader and innovative IT Solutions provider, we are currently looking for a self-driven IT Support, to join its software development team.

A day in the life of an IT Support

You will be an expert in diagnosing and solving technical issues. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about providing technical support. You are committed to producing high-quality services and delivering to deadlines. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humor is a bonus!

Your day-to-day

• 2nd Level Technical Support of Company’s external clients
• Design and implementation of Virtualization, Data Management & Security solutions.
• Design and management of Data Centers’ infrastructure to provide Cloud services.
• Participation in R&D programs to develop new product solutions
• Ensuring the level of services and security specifications according to ISO27001

What you will need

• 2+ years’ of experience in relevant IT Support position
• Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Windows or Linux Server Operating Systems administration
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
