On behalf of our client, an international telematics and IoT company with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, UK and Athens, serving more than 2.000 enterprise clients across Europe with innovative solutions; we are looking for a tech-driven and highly-skilled QA Engineer to join their technology team of professionals in Athens.

A day in the life of a QA Engineer

You will be an expert in QA engineering principles and able to demonstrate a good knowledge of testing procedures. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about testing. You are committed to produce high-quality testing and delivering to deadlines.

Your day-to-day

• Designing and implementing automated tests
• Performing end to end testing
• Planning and executing all Software Development Life Cycle Testing tasks and support/ bug-fix releases
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Assisting in building and enhancing company’s software architecture and code quality
• Designing and implementing new frameworks for the test automation process
• Building and maintaining testing tools
• Analyzing test results and interacting with all development teams to resolve test failures

What you will need

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or other relevant field
• Minimum 3+ years of working experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance
• Experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber or any other similar tools)
• Programming skills in at least one scripting language (Bash, Perl, Python)
• Knowledge of Go will be considered as a plus
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
