On behalf of our client, one of the biggest banks in Greece, currently going under a Digital Transformation with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, we are currently looking for a knowledgeable Solutions Architect, to join its Lending department

Your day-to-day

• Analyze Business and Regulatory Requirements for IT projects in Core Banking focusing on Lending Products
• Participate in Project Teams and Workshops with a key role, related to the various tasks
• Understanding Business Units’ requirements (recognizing possible gaps and assisting in requirements finalization) and communicating them to the Project team
• Perform high-level effort and cost estimation on submitted project proposals.
• Transform Business requirements into high level technical designs (including functionality gap analysis) compatible with Banks’ current architecture model
• Understand and identify interdependencies with the rest of IT project portfolio
• Design the architectural blueprint (technical requirements) of IT solutions and applications
• Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and scenarios
• Manage and lead the development lifecycle of IT solutions and applications
• Coordinate the documentation creation (technical and architectural design documents)
• Review vendor solutions and estimates and determines whether they meet project requirements and restrictions

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience as Solution Architect or similar role in banking / financial sector with proven experience in Core Banking Systems and especially in Lending Products, Arrears and Collaterals Management
• Proven experience in leading/working directly with software development teams in Enterprise level projects (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
