On behalf of our client, an innovative IT company providing Software Solutions for next-generation Revenue Management Systems, leveraging state-of-the-art software technologies & machine learning models, we are currently looking for a talented Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant, to join its technologically evolutionary “ranks”.


Your day-to-day

  • Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple product releases/sprints, through the full cycle
  • Deliver products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
  • Work with various internal teams to ensure all requirements have been met
  • Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
  • Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of business cases and data
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
  • Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues

What you will need

  • Proven experience as a business consultant/project manager or equivalent
  • Experience working with Agile teams seems a necessity, useful to have experience in JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
  • Confidence to work hands-on with internal teams and convey requirements in a precise and effective manner
  • Strong execution skills, able to get things done through collaboration with partners
  • Client account management, partnership building, expectation setting and issue communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (it might need to present to internal and external clients)
  • Proactive communication and resolution of any issues or delays
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis/problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Keen understanding of competitive offerings, industry trends and go-to-market considerations
  • Knowledge of will be considered as a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Tender processes will be considered as a strong plus
  • BSc/BA in a relevant business/tech field
  • MSc/MA in a specialized relevant tech/business field will be an advantage
