About the role

On behalf of our client, an innovative cloud services company with clients all around the globe, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success ConsultantProject Manager to join its highly-aspirated Customer Success team in Athens.

 

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should have a talent in understanding customer needs, preferably in a business software environment. She/he should be able to understand and handle international accounts of a robust business support system.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • On-boarding and training of new customers
  • Provide project management responsibilities, generate status reports, track issues and ensure the project stays on track
  • Offer business consulting and guide customers by suggesting best practices
  • Engage on sales calls to provide business and technical information about the product
  • Be the primary engineer helping the sales team with questions
  • Design and implement monitoring and customer feedback system
  • On-boarding and training of new comers in Customer Success department

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in IT, ERP or Enterprise Solutions industry
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Excellent use of the English language (both oral and written)
