Customer Support Consultant - Data Analyst

On behalf of our client, a leading Software Company with an innovative AI Hospitality Data Driven Platform, we are currently looking for a passionate Customer Support Consultant - Data Analyst, to join its support team.

Your day-to-day

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Train / Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Running data queries to identify data quality issues, data exceptions, as well as cleaning data
• Performing basic analytical actions to determine trends, data quality and data integrity
• Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
• Participate in the design and implementation of customer loyalty programs

What you will need

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Up to 3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Graduates with advanced numerical and communication skills will also be welcomed
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience using MS Excel for data management and data analysis
• Knowledge of SQL language and SQL databases (preferably MS SQL Server) will be considered as a strong asset
• Good knowledge and understanding of loyalty marketing
• Familiarity with hospitality industry is a plus
