Senior Software Product Manager/Designer

On behalf of our client, an awarded software company related to the shipping industry, we are currently looking for a passionate Senior Software Product Manager/Designer, to join its product team.

Your day-to-day

• Be responsible for the end-to-end design of a high-standard and user-friendly software product
• Collaborate with experienced UI/UX designers and Technical Software Architects to deliver high-quality development projects
• Manage the development process and the team members, along with Scrum Masters, to ensure a quick and efficient product launch
• Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience
• Monitor and support product lifecycle and oversee distribution to the customers
• Maintain a complete backlog of all the activities, processes, and workflows of all the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants
• Manage the workflow of the marketing and sales teams

What you will need

• 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Architect/Product Manager in the Software development pipeline
• Ability to develop a Product Roadmap
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis Frameworks and Tools
• Excellent knowledge of various ERPs, CRMs and Ticketing systems
• Experience working with agile methodology
• Good command of the English Language (written & verbal)
