A technology and business solutions provider specializing in the design and delivery of innovative software products for the Health and Insurance industries, is looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to the company's projects. Since 2012, the company has been helping organizations build scalable, impactful digital solutions by combining deep industry expertise with strong technical capabilities.
The role
You will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and create documentation including workflows, use cases, process diagrams, and specifications. You will support development and QA teams throughout implementation and delivery, facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions, and manage and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the development of a next-generation international insurance platform.
What You'll Bring
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, and Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services environments
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance-driven industries
- Familiarity with data analysis or process optimization initiatives
- French language skills
