This is an opportunity to join a global technology company at the forefront of digital transformation — where subscription management, automation, and AI come together to redefine the way businesses operate.

Role Overview

As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business goals with technical execution — capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing complex requirements while leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts. You’ll ensure scalable, modular solutions that meet user needs and align with product and architectural strategy across a fast-growing SaaS ecosystem.

This is a hands-on leadership role (60–70%) — ideal for an experienced BA who wants to combine deep analytical work with mentoring, process ownership, and strategic impact.

What You’ll Do

Business Analysis

  • Capture and prioritize business and technical requirements using Jira and Confluence (epics, user stories, UACs, and test scenarios).

  • Define UACs that guide QA and automation teams in effective test coverage.

  • Lead discovery workshops to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered improvements.

  • Maintain traceability across business cases, delivery milestones, and adoption feedback.

  • Support architectural evolution and API design discussions to ensure long-term scalability.

  • Use AI tools to auto-generate draft documentation, cluster backlog items, and validate production readiness.

  • Apply product usage data and tools like ChurnZero to drive data-informed backlog prioritization.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Coach and guide a distributed Business Analyst team, elevating requirement quality, traceability, and documentation standards.

  • Define and enforce BA best practices and templates across teams.

  • Review stories and epics, providing structured, context-driven feedback.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex analysis challenges and cross-domain decisions.

Process & Strategy

  • Design and maintain traceability frameworks linking backlog, documentation, test cases, and KPIs.

  • Lead initiatives in simplification, modularization, and domain clarity across the platform.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops between Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering.

  • Track key BA metrics (e.g., story rework rates, UAC coverage, analysis-to-dev lead time).

AI-Driven Enablement

  • Oversee AI workflows for backlog clustering, sentiment tagging, and documentation automation.

  • Guide BAs in interpreting ML insights and embedding them in product discovery.

  • Build or operationalize predictive models (e.g., churn, usage, anomaly detection) using Python or Azure ML Studio.

  • Monitor model performance via CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and retraining cycles.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in business and technical requirement analysis.

  • Strong hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

  • Skilled in writing UACs, edge-case flows, and collaborating with QA and automation teams.

  • Sound understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration logic.

  • Excellent communication skills with a user-centric, data-informed mindset.

  • Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize workflows.

  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-native platforms.

  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Desirable:

  • Experience with tools such as ChurnZero, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or Figma.

  • Exposure to usage analytics, feature adoption tracking, or KPI dashboards.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based management or value-based delivery frameworks.

  • Knowledge of usage-based billing, multi-tenant SaaS, or modular platform architecture.

  • Interest in strategic product design and domain-driven systems.

What’s in It for You

  • €300 annual personal development budget for courses or certifications.

  • €40/month remote working allowance.

  • Private health insurance coverage.

  • Flexible working model – fully remote or hybrid.

  • Opportunity to shape the business analysis discipline within a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS organization.

  • Work alongside a global team of technologists driving innovation in subscription commerce.
