Digital Account Manager

We are partnering with a Canadian-headquartered tech firm that specializes in AI-driven Digital Transformation and powers large enterprises with its proprietary Digital Experience Platform (SAAS). With strategic offices spanning North & South America, and Southern Europe, the company is leveraging its success in the Greek market as a launching pad for ambitious expansion across the broader EMEA region.

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Mid-Senior Digital Account Manager to join the strategic Athens hub and be the critical operational link for their European clientele.

Your Day to day Own the client relationship and drive success:

• Client Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.

• Project Leadership: Oversee all communication, coordinate deliverables, and ensure project success across global teams.

• Growth Driver: Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and manage the full account lifecycle, including contract negotiation.

• Performance Insight: Deliver reports and strategic recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

What You Will Bring The essential toolkit for success:

• Experience: Proven background (4+ years) in Account Management OR Project Delivery, ideally within the digital agency or B2B tech/SAAS space.

• Expert Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

• Digital Savvy: Solid working knowledge of web development and digital marketing concepts.

• Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms and remote collaboration tools.

• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
