Frontend Software Engineer
Front End DeveloperA global SaaS platform built for subscription commerce in the IT distribution, MSP, and telecom operator space, is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join their engineering team. The company manages billing, provisioning, and lifecycle automation for tens of thousands of end-customers across multiple regions. This role sits at the centre of a full-scale UI modernisation — replacing a legacy ASP.NET Web Forms and Razor Pages frontend with a modern Vue 3 stack.
Your Day-to-Day
You’ll join a Scrum team actively rewriting the frontend of a core product: migrating legacy UI components to Vue 3 and TypeScript, integrating REST APIs, and contributing to a shared component library in Storybook. You’ll own the delivery of several legacy module replacements, work closely with backend engineers on API contracts, and help shape the frontend architecture standards the team is establishing. Code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD are part of everyday work — not afterthoughts.
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years hands-on with Vue.js and TypeScript in production
- Solid grasp of component architecture and state management (Pinia or Vuex)
- Comfortable integrating REST APIs and collaborating directly with backend engineers on contracts
- Experience working in and refactoring legacy codebases
- Exposure to unit testing with Vue Test Utils or equivalent
- Fluent English — you’ll communicate technical decisions with a distributed team in writing and on calls
Nice to Have:
- React background with hands-on exposure to Vue — useful if you’re transitioning stacks
- Exposure to Azure or containerized (Docker) environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
What’s In It for You
You'll be joining a company where the frontend engineering work genuinely matters — a legacy codebase that needs replacing, architectural decisions to make, and a team that debates technical choices seriously. The package includes a base salary of €37,800–€42,000, private health insurance, a personal development budget for courses and training, and a fully remote role with flexible working hours.
