Mechanical & Automation Engineers (Field Service Engineers)

On behalf of our client, a German global leader on the design and implementation of complete lines for beverages and food industry, we are currently looking for Field Service Engineers to join their highly empowered team of dynamic and talented engineers.

'A day in the life of a Field Service Engineer'

Υou will travel to customer sites and as part of a technical experts team you will will be responsible for delivering high quality technical services and support ensuring that issues are dealt in the most effective and satisfactory way.

***Residency in Greece is a mandatory requirement for candidates***

More specifically:

• Manage installations of filling lines (installation – commissioning – acceptance)
• Plan, coordinate and execute the planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns
• Conduct basic root cause analysis in order to ensure rapid resolution and/or escalation to the proper division
• Maintain accurate service reporting
• Work in accordance with all safety regulations and ensure a safe working culture in the team

What it is expected you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering (Technical University and Institute both accepted)
• High level of English and Greek language knowledge in written and verbally
• Willingness to travel - About 70-100% of working time is required on customer sites (in Greece and also abroad)
• Working experience in Industrial - Production Engineering is a strong asset
