QA Automation Engineer (Selenium / Playwright)

A fast-growing digital insurance broker operating across Greece and Cyprus, with 150 employees and a product portfolio spanning five insurance verticals. The role exists to build the automation foundation that matches their pace of growth.

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end test-automation framework using Playwright for the web app and API test suites via Postman/Newman. Within your first six months you'll achieve 70% automated regression coverage, integrate tests into the CI pipeline, and introduce performance-baseline tests. You'll work embedded in the core product squad.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of QA automation experience
• Hands-on with Playwright or Selenium for browser automation
• Experience writing API tests (Postman, RestAssured, or similar)
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for test scripting
• Understanding of CI/CD integration and quality gates

Nice to Have

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification
• Exposure to performance testing (k6, JMeter)
• Experience in insurance or financial-services tech
