Research Project Manager

An international research and advisory firm helping businesses and investors understand markets, customers, and opportunities through high-quality data, research, and insights, is looking for a Research Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of market research and analytical projects from start to finish.

The role

You will work closely with experienced colleagues, clients, and external collaborators, combining data analysis, project coordination, and market research to ensure projects are executed efficiently while transforming research findings into meaningful insights for clients and stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will plan and coordinate research activities to keep projects on schedule, conduct desk research, and collect both quantitative and qualitative data, while analyzing datasets to identify market trends, patterns, and key insights. You will prepare clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for clients and internal teams, coordinate with data collectors, designers, and external partners, and support project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will address research-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders, present findings during client meetings, webinars, or industry events, and assist in coordinating work with part-time contributors and external suppliers.

What You'll Bring

• Academic background in Research, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new tools and research methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team environment
