Research Project Manager

About the Company

On behalf of our client, an international research and advisory firm helping businesses and investors understand markets, customers, and opportunities through high-quality data, research, and insights, we are looking for a Research Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of market research and analytical projects from start to finish, working closely with experienced colleagues, clients, and external collaborators. In this role, you will combine data analysis, project coordination, and market research, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while transforming research findings into meaningful insights for clients and stakeholders.

Your Day-to-Day

• Plan and coordinate research activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Conduct desk research and collect quantitative and qualitative data
• Analyze datasets to identify market trends, patterns, and key insights
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with data collectors, designers, and external partners
• Support project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Address research-related queries from clients and internal stakeholders
• Present findings during client meetings, webinars, or industry events
• Assist in coordinating work with part-time contributors and external suppliers

Requirements

• Academic background in Research, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new tools and research methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team environment
