Business Development ManagerA dynamic and internationally recognized market research and consultancy firm is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen its global growth strategy. What you’ll do
1. Client Management & External Representation

Lead high-level client discussions and present service offerings in one-on-one or group settings

Represent the company at international conferences and forums across Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands)

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, quotations, contracts, and draft project budgets

Maintain and grow strategic client relationships through consultative sales practices

Deliver impactful presentations and public speaking engagements, both virtually and in person
2. Sales Reporting & CRM Management

Ensure accurate and timely input of client and sales data into the company’s CRM

Maintain consistent and reliable sales records

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on business development KPIs (e.g., conversions, targets, pipeline health)
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Planning

Participate in departmental planning meetings and work closely with the Head of Business Development
-
Collaborate with Marketing and Research departments to develop client-specific solutions and messaging
-
Interface regularly with other internal stakeholders to support client delivery and retention goals
What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in international business development, account management, or consultative sales
-
University degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)

High emotional intelligence, natural relationship-builder, and excellent listener
-
Experience selling complex or research-based services is highly desirable

Comfortable with international travel and working across time zones

Exceptional attention to detail, structured planning, and ownership of deliverables

Strong presentation and public speaking skills
