Senior QA Automation Engineer (AI-powered Testing)

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing SaaS company delivering an end-to-end subscription automation platform for MSPs, distributors, and telcos, we are currently seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive AI-powered testing practices.

The role

You will contribute to the AI-driven testing backbone of a next-generation SaaS platform. Your mission is to build and evolve automation frameworks, while embedding AI copilots, LLMs, and self-healing techniques into the QA pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks (C#, Selenium, Playwright, REST).
• Apply AI copilots and LLM tools for test generation, refactoring, and failure analysis.
• Implement self-healing scripts, anomaly detection, and flakiness prediction.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD (Azure DevOps) as quality gates.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure scalable quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing (C#, Selenium, SpecFlow/Reqnroll, APIs).
• Strong track record in CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Demonstrated exposure to AI in QA (Copilot, ChatGPT, LangChain, self-healing frameworks).
• Solid understanding of test strategies, flakiness, and root-cause debugging.
• Bonus: familiarity with performance and security testing (k6, Gatling, OWASP ZAP).
