SEO Specialist - Athens, On-site

Our client is a digital agency helping brands improve their organic search presence across competitive markets. The role exists to bring dedicated SEO expertise to a team managing multiple client accounts and ambitious visibility targets.

The Role

You will run keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation and link-building strategies across client websites, using analytics to track what is moving and adjust quickly when it is not. In your first six months, you will complete a full audit of priority client sites, identify the highest-impact optimisation opportunities and put a clear organic growth plan in place that the wider team can execute against. You will be the person the agency turns to when rankings need to move and results need to be explained.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency or in-house
• Strong command of keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building methodologies
• Proficient with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Ability to monitor performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical SEO audits and basic HTML knowledge
• Familiarity with GA4 and custom performance dashboards
• Background in content strategy or copywriting for SEO
