A technology solutions provider delivering innovative software products in the Health and Insurance sectors, is looking for a Team Lead / Scrum Master to join their team.
The role
This is a role combining team leadership, Agile facilitation, and technical coordination, supporting the delivery of a next-generation insurance platform in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional development team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while acting as Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). You will identify and remove blockers to improve team efficiency, align priorities with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. You will also collaborate with developers on architecture and design decisions, while maintaining a solid understanding of the technical stack (preferably .NET).
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in software development environments
- 2+ years in a leadership or Scrum Master role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Technical background (ideally within the .NET ecosystem)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services
- Experience working with distributed teams
