Test/QA Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Test/QA Manager to lead the QA function in Greece, working closely with the Line QA Manager based in the UK.

Our client is a well-established technology company with headquarters in the USA and active presence across Europe, the Middle East, and other global markets. They deliver end-to-end IoT and software solutions for the utilities industry, empowering infrastructure leaders to digitize, automate, and optimize operations at scale.

This is a key role in a dynamic and growing environment where the company delivers integrated technology solutions for complex, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and collaboration across international teams.

A day in the life of a Test/QA Manager

• Collaborate daily with the UK-based Line QA Manager to drive the integration of the company’s solutions with the client’s environment and third-party vendor systems

• Act as the primary QA point of contact for the main client and all vendors involved in the delivery process

• Lead and manage the QA team based in Greece, providing structure, coaching, and direction

• Design, implement, and continuously evolve the QA strategy to support multiple solution rollouts

• Maintain visibility and control across testing milestones and go-lives

• Contribute fresh ideas and apply industry best practices to elevate QA effectiveness

• Understand and ensure adherence to Greek legislation and relevant quality assurance regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading QA teams in complex software or system integration projects

• Strong background in working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders (client, vendors, internal leads)

• Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills

• Solid understanding of Greek regulatory landscape and quality standards, especially in technology delivery contexts

Qualifications

• ISTQB or other recognized QA/testing certification

• Hands-on experience with integration testing across complex systems

• Strong automation skills (framework selection, implementation, and optimization)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools
