Senior React Developer

On behalf of our client, a trusted global innovator of IT business services, we are currently looking for a self-driven Senior React Developer, to join its software development team.

A day in the life of a Senior React Developer

You will be an inspired professional in web engineering principles and able to demonstrate a good knowledge of web programming languages. You must be driven, hard-working and passionate about developing web apps and supporting complex Information Systems. You will be exposed to a variety of technologies to develop a solid background in the field of applications. Good communication skills are a must and a good sense of humor is a bonus!

Your day-to-day

• Assist in building and enhancing our frontend architecture and code quality
• Work to improve overall system architecture and design components to meet those goals in a complex business logic
• Develop new features and functionality for high transaction, large-scale websites
• Writing reliable tests and reviewing others’ code to help keep the bugs out
• Working as a part of a self-organizing SCRUM team to develop new features and functionality for high-volume, large-scale websites
• Work with Data Scientists and Backend Engineers to build features and ship experiments

What you will need

• Minimum of 4 years experience and knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS
• Strong User Interface coding skills within an Agile environment
• Opinionated about quality with proven experience in Typescript
• Ability to learn and critique new technologies quickly
• Knowledge of React framework, Redux, Style components, and debugging
• Experience in Git, Nexus, and BitBucket with a good understanding of layers
• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or another relevant field
