Our client is a leading digital marketing agency managing complex campaigns for a diverse and demanding client portfolio. The role exists to strengthen their client services function as the agency grows and the expectations on account management rise.

 

The Role

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, keeping relationships strong, projects on track and opportunities for growth firmly in view. In your first six months, you will get deep into your client accounts, understand their business goals inside out and establish a reporting and communication rhythm that builds genuine trust. You will be the person clients call when something needs to move and the person internally who makes sure it does.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of account management experience, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing campaign delivery and how to communicate progress clearly to clients
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities and growing accounts organically
  • Confident, proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills in Greek and English

Nice to Have

  • Background in performance marketing, SEO or paid social
  • Experience with CRM platforms and account reporting tools
  • Track record of managing senior or enterprise-level client relationships
