AI Agent Developer

As the company continues to invest in next-generation cybersecurity technologies, we are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join the team and contribute to the development of an innovative autonomous penetration testing platform. The role combines strong software engineering with Generative AI, agentic systems and offensive security, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology within the global gaming industry.

The Role

As an AI Engineer – Agentic Cybersecurity, you will work hands-on on the development of an autonomous penetration testing solution capable of conducting application security assessments from end to end.

You will design and implement agentic workflows that can plan and execute penetration testing activities, interact with security tools, analyze results and continuously improve their performance.

Working closely with AI engineers, penetration testing specialists and other technical stakeholders, you will help transform emerging AI technologies into reliable and practical cybersecurity capabilities.

This is a highly hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building AI-powered products and is excited about the intersection of Generative AI, autonomous agents and offensive security.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance an agentic penetration testing platform for autonomous application security testing
• Design and implement agentic workflows capable of conducting application penetration tests from A-Z
• Develop AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool use and adapting their approach based on testing results
• Implement and optimize prompting, memory management and agent orchestration strategies
• Work with RAG and other supporting AI techniques where appropriate
• Develop and evaluate multi-agent workflows and orchestration patterns
• Implement mechanisms to improve agent robustness, including prompt injection defenses
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to translate real-world penetration testing requirements into AI capabilities

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience developing software products using Python 3
• A technical or university-level qualification, preferably in Computer Science or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI or AI-powered applications
• Practical experience working with agentic AI systems
• Experience with at least one agentic framework such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar orchestration patterns
• Strong understanding of key agentic concepts, including memory management, prompting, tool design, RAG fundamentals, multi-agent orchestration and prompt injection defenses
• Experience evaluating AI agents using benchmarks and measurable success metrics
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building maintainable products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in English

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of offensive security, including common vulnerabilities and application penetration testing
• Experience with web and/or mobile application security testing
• Familiarity with security tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, sqlmap and nmap
• Experience building AI agents that interact with external tools and APIs
• Experience with LLM evaluation and benchmarking
• Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
• Previous experience working on cybersecurity products or developer tools
