We are seeking a dynamic Analytics Solutions Manager to lead the data transformation strategy for a global business unit within a world-leading industrial manufacturing group. Your Day to Day
- Lead the organization’s data transformation initiatives, aligning analytics strategy with overall business vision and strategic priorities.
- Streamline and consolidate reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools into a unified, user-friendly ecosystem using Power BI, ensuring simplified access to insights across the business.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges and opportunities, and design impactful, scalable analytics solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute data-driven strategies that fuel growth and operational excellence.
- Prioritize and manage analytics initiatives to ensure optimal resource use and maximum business value.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Analytics & AI team to modernize enterprise data platforms, enabling advanced analytics, AI, and system integration capabilities.
- Explore and apply AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance IT functions and drive innovation, staying ahead of emerging technology trends.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of analytics and AI initiatives across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in data strategy, engaging with internal teams to identify and deliver value through data-driven services.
- Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Empower the team to independently manage and deliver high-quality projects from concept to completion.
Must have
- 8+ years in IT or related fields, with at least 7 years focused on data analytics/engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a data-focused team environment.
- STEM degree is required; advanced certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and ideally the Microsoft Azure Data Stack.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools is highly valued.
- Proven ability to deliver under ambiguity, multitask, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong communicator with a consultative mindset and collaborative leadership style.
- Passion for data and innovation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, including the ability to gather requirements from, and engage with, non-technical Executives and their teams to design effective, efficient solutions.
