On behalf of our client, a 90-year market leader in industrial equipment and automation, we are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join their team in Piraeus

Your Day-to-Day

You will be the primary contact for 80+ users, ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s ERP ecosystem and bridging the gap between business operations and technology.

  • Primary Support: Provide 1st level functional support (ERP/CRM), resolving daily queries regarding invoicing, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Operational Flow: Support critical business cycles, including inventory valuations and financial reporting.
  • User Training: Manage the internal ticketing system and deliver training to improve system adoption and efficiency across the organization.
  • System Growth: Coordinate with the internal and external partners for system optimizations. (Note: 2nd level support is not a prerequisite but can be part of the role as it progresses in time).

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ERP back-office support or as an Application Support Specialist.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of ERP workflows, specifically Accounting, Sales, and Warehousing.
  • Technical Stack: Experience with any ERP is welcomed; however, familiarity with Entersoft, SoftOne, or Pylon is a significant plus.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in both Greek and English.
