Architect Engineer - Athens, On-site

Architect
€2000 - €2500 / Monthly rate
Contract
Athens

An architectural and engineering firm based in Kifisia with a fully integrated model: they take projects from concept through design to construction execution under one roof. Delivery is structured around formal project management practices, which means architects here work within a clear, accountable framework rather than improvising around undefined processes. The firm works predominantly on high-end residential and technically demanding projects.

The role

A mid-level position with a defined upward path. You'll act as project lead across the full lifecycle — from concept and design through licensing, implementation studies, and site delivery — with a focus on building permits, regulatory compliance, and Electronic Building Identity processes. This is a role for someone who has solid permitting experience and wants to grow into owning projects at senior level, rather than staying in a support function.

What you will bring
  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited Greek or EU university
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in building permits and approvals, architectural implementation studies, and Electronic Building Identity (Ηλεκτρονική Ταυτότητα Κτιρίου) processes
  • Strong working knowledge of Greek building regulations (ΝΟΚ)
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one architectural design platform — AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD
  • Good design eye and aesthetic judgment — this is a high-end residential environment
  • Takes ownership: someone who treats project outcomes as their own, not their manager's problem
Nice to have
  • 3D design software (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Law 4495/2017 (building legitimacy framework)
  • Prior work on high-end residential projects
What's in it for you
  • Salary range: €28,000–€35,000 gross/year, depending on experience
  • Growth path: Clearly defined trajectory toward a Senior Project Architect role — not informal or aspirational
  • Development: Structured training environment; exposure to technically demanding, high-spec projects from day one
