About the Company
On behalf of our client, a technology and business solutions provider specializing in the design and delivery of innovative software products for the Health and Insurance industries, we are looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to the company's projects. Since 2012, the company has been helping organizations build scalable, impactful digital solutions by combining deep industry expertise with strong technical capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Create documentation including workflows, use cases, process diagrams, and specifications
- Support development and QA teams throughout implementation and delivery
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions
- Manage and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of a next-generation international insurance platform
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, and Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services environments
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance-driven industries
- Familiarity with data analysis or process optimization initiatives
- French language skills
