Business Development ManagerOn behalf of our client, a leading international software solutions provider for the FinTech industry, we are looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Manager. You will lead the charge in expanding their footprint in the Banking & Investment sectors, building high-level relationships and driving revenue growth.
What You Will Do

Drive Growth: Independently build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities through strategic networking.

Lead & Close: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiating complex agreements with C-suite stakeholders.

Strategize: Lead the development of high-impact sales proposals, tender documents, and client presentations.

Nurture: Strengthen partnerships with existing clients to maximize value and expand revenue streams.

Analyze: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the region.
What You Will Bring

5+ years of proven success in senior software sales, specifically within the Banking or Wealth Management sectors.

A track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, B2B environment.

Strong ability to negotiate and build trust with decision-makers at all levels.

Self-motivation with a result-oriented mindset.

Fluency in both Greek and English.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Economics (Master’s is a plus).
