Business Intelligence Analyst - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)
Business AnalystOur client is a data-driven company looking to sharpen its decision-making through better visibility of key business metrics. The role exists to bring dedicated BI expertise to a team that has the data but needs someone who can turn it into dashboards and reports that actually change how the business thinks and acts.
The Role
You will develop BI solutions, build and maintain data models and produce dashboards and reports that give stakeholders a clear, reliable view of what is happening across the business. In your first six months, you will get close to the key reporting requirements, identify the biggest gaps in current BI coverage and deliver at least one dashboard that becomes a tool the business genuinely relies on. You will be the person who makes complex data feel simple and actionable.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of BI analysis experience building data models, dashboards and reports in a business environment
- Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
- Solid understanding of data modelling, SQL and working with large datasets
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into clear visual outputs
- Sharp analytical instinct for identifying trends and opportunities within complex datasets
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management
- Background in a data or analytics consultancy environment
