About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified Contract Engineer to support major Public Works projects in Athens. This role plays a critical part in ensuring full contractual compliance, managing claims and modifications, and safeguarding the interests of the Employer throughout the lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure works.
What You Will Do

Oversee contract management activities for major Public Works projects.

Ensure all project executions fully comply with contractual obligations of Construction Contractors.

Prepare, review, and validate contract drafts between the Employer and Contractors.

Collaborate with project management teams to perform assessments on claims, variations, and contractor requests.

Ensure proper issuance and tracking of all written notices, consents, certifications, and approvals.

Safeguard contractual obligations by ensuring no actions relieve Contractors from responsibilities unless explicitly allowed by the contract.

Maintain accurate, organized records of all additions, deletions, and amendments to contracts, including the rationale behind them.
What We Are Looking For

Dipl. Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer with 12 years of experience in contract management for major Public Works.

Expert knowledge of Greek Public Works Legislation (Ν.4412/2016, Ν.3669/2008).

Member of TCG (ΤΕΕ) or equivalent professional association.

Excellent command of Greek and English.

Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized professional with strong communication skills.
