Cybersecurity Analyst - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is a leader in digital security protecting organisations from an increasingly sophisticated and fast-moving threat landscape. The role exists to strengthen their monitoring and vulnerability management capability as the attack surface grows and regulatory pressure under NIS2 and DORA continues to intensify.

The Role

You will monitor networks and systems for security threats, conduct vulnerability assessments and develop the protocols that keep defences ahead of what is coming next. In your first six months, you will get a thorough understanding of the existing security posture, identify the most critical exposure points and put measurable improvements in place across monitoring and incident response. You will be the person who spots the threat before it becomes the headline.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity or information security role
• Solid hands-on experience monitoring networks and systems for security incidents and breaches
• Proven ability to conduct vulnerability assessments and translate findings into actionable defence improvements
• Strong understanding of security protocols, threat management and IT infrastructure
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely alongside IT teams to strengthen system defences

Nice to Have

• CISSP, CEH or equivalent security certification
• Experience working within NIS2 or DORA compliance frameworks
• Background in a dedicated digital security or managed security services environment
