Delivery Manager- Hybrid/Remote

Client is an Athens-based software company that has been building products for the Health and Insurance industries since 2012, with its primary markets in Canada. The engineering team operates with a strong product mindset and structured delivery culture — not a consultancy that rotates between client engagements, but a company that owns and evolves its own platforms long-term. Their flagship product is a live, actively developed platform serving the Canadian insurance sector, and this role sits at its center.

You'll take full ownership of delivery for their flagship platform — defining plans, coordinating Development, QA, and Product teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients. This is not a coordination-only role: you'll be expected to improve how the team works, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and implement governance and tracking that actually moves things forward. The product is live and evolving, so the work is continuous and consequential.

• 4+ years of experience in software delivery or project management, with a track record of leading cross-functional development teams
• Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum — able to adapt and improve how it's applied, not just follow the ceremonies
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Trello
• Fluent English — client-facing communication with Canadian stakeholders is a core part of the role
• Comfortable managing scope changes, shifting priorities, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
• Strong on KPIs and delivery metrics — you use data to spot problems before they become incidents

• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, health, finance) 
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification 
• Prior exposure to Canadian or North American client environments
• Knowledge of French language
