Delivery Manager (Software / Technology)
Project ManagerOn the behalf of our client, a business and technology solutions provider based in Athens, delivering innovative software solutions for the Health and Insurance industries across Canada. With a strong focus on quality, structured delivery, and continuous improvement, they build impactful products for international markets. We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the execution of a flagship platform serving the Canadian insurance sector.
A day in the life of Delivery Manager
You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency while taking full ownership of product execution from planning through to delivery.
Your day-to-day:
- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Define delivery plans, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, QA, and Product
- Improve workflows, processes, and overall team efficiency
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients
- Lead meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations
- Monitor KPIs, delivery performance, and team velocity
- Implement governance, reporting, and tracking mechanisms
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure quality standards
- Handle scope changes and shifting priorities effectively
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in software delivery or project management
- Proven experience leading software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Trello
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
