Our client is a technology consulting and digital solutions company based in Athens, supporting enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and software delivery projects for international clients. The role is open due to continued growth and increased platform engineering demand.
The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the company’s cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows, ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational efficiency across critical applications and services. In your first six months, you’ll get familiar with the existing platform environment, improve observability and automation processes, and help optimize deployment reliability across development teams.
What You'll Bring- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE environments
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build/release processes (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub CI, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform and Ansible
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Azure Monitor
- Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Strong Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals
- Professional English communication skills
- Experience supporting high-scale distributed systems
- Exposure to VMware or hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
- Familiarity with .NET / Node.js application environments
- Experience with databases and data-heavy systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Knowledge of security hardening and reliability engineering practices
Monthly gross salary of €2,800–€3,200, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Hybrid working model with flexible working hours (4 days in office , 1 day from home).
