Digital Automation Specialist

On behalf of our client, a leading organization driving digital transformation, we are looking for a Digital Automation Specialist. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced process automations that connect the company's core ERP, CRM, and productivity platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize workflows in Dynamics 365 F&O to support finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Develop Salesforce automations to improve Sales & Service processes.
• Deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Integrate core business systems using APIs, n8n, and other workflow automation tools.
• Embed AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) into business processes.
• Document solutions and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in ERP/CRM automation (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud automation.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with API integrations and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, etc.).
• Technical background in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for advanced automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
