Drupal Developer (100% remote)

On behalf of our client, an award-winning digital solutions provider, we are currently looking for a self-driven Drupal Developer, to join its development team. 

A day in the life of a Drupal Developer 

You will be an expert in web development principles and able to demonstrate a good knowledge of web programming languages. You must be driven, hard-working, and passionate about developing, as you will participate in extremely interesting and wide projects, connected to UK’s government, public sector, and big multi-national companies.

Your day-to-day

• Take part in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing Drupal websites
• Develop customizations and participate in the team that will design and implement the migration strategy of Drupal sites
• Produce efficient object-oriented code following best coding practices and design patterns
• Investigate and adopt new technologies

What you will need

• 3-5 years of experience in web development and custom theming
• Proven experience in building websites using PHP and Drupal
• Experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Twig
• Experience using Git, Gitlab, and MySQL or SQL

Nice to Have

• Experience using other CMS’ such as WordPress
• Experience using Symfony
• Experience with RESTful web services, JSON, and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with ReactJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks
• Being an active member of the Drupal community is a big plus!
