Email Marketing Specialist - Athens, On-site

Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce company using email as a core driver of customer engagement, retention and revenue. The role exists to bring dedicated email marketing expertise to a team that knows there is significant untapped value in their subscriber base and wants someone who can unlock it.

The Role

You will plan and execute email campaigns, build automation workflows and continuously optimise performance through segmentation, testing and data analysis. In your first six months, you will audit the existing email programme, identify the biggest opportunities for improvement in open rates, click-through and conversion and deliver a measurable uplift in at least one key metric. You will be the person who turns the email list into one of the company's most reliable revenue channels.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of email marketing experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment
• Proven ability to plan, execute and optimise targeted email campaigns at scale
• Solid experience building and managing automation workflows and lifecycle email sequences
• Strong understanding of list segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience analysing email performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements

Nice to Have

• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or equivalent
• Familiarity with HTML for basic email template editing
• Background in e-commerce customer retention strategies
