Enterprise Account Manager — IT Services
Account ManagerA Northern Greece IT integrator managing large-scale enterprise contracts in manufacturing and logistics. The role exists to protect and grow a portfolio of 15 strategic accounts.
The Role
You'll manage relationships with C-level and IT-director contacts at key accounts — building account plans, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating delivery teams to ensure renewals. Your first milestone is completing account-health reviews for all 15 accounts and landing two material expansions within six months. You'll work with a pre-sales engineer.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of account-management or enterprise sales experience in IT services
- Ability to manage senior-level client relationships (CIO, IT Director, CFO)
- Experience with IT services contracts: managed services, infrastructure, or software licensing
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build multi-year account plans
- Fluent Greek; business-level English required
Nice to Have
- Experience managing manufacturing or logistics sector accounts
- Familiarity with Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware vendor programmes
- Salesforce or Dynamics CRM proficiency
What's in it for You
€38,000–€48,000 base + retention and growth commission (OTE €60,000–€75,000), company car, private health and life insurance. Hybrid — Thessaloniki.
