Field Service Engineer (Mechanical Eng.) - Onsite

Our client is a well-established company specializing in industrial food processing and packaging equipment. The company provides complete solutions to the food industry, covering equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and technical support across Greece.

The role exists due to the continued growth of the Technical Support team and the need for an additional Field Service Technician to support customers across Northern Greece and contribute to the successful operation and maintenance of advanced industrial equipment.

The Role

You'll be a key member of the Technical Support team, responsible for delivering high-quality field service to customers, ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installations and technical support.

In this role, you will work directly with customers, collaborate with the internal technical team, and develop specialized knowledge of industrial equipment used in the food processing sector.

What You'll Bring

• Technical degree or diploma (Vocational School, IEK, TEI, or equivalent technical education)
• Previous experience or strong interest in mechanical maintenance and technical support
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Valid Category B driving license
• Ability to travel daily to customer locations
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding
• Professional communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in technical support, maintenance, or servicing of industrial equipment
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Experience with machinery installation or commissioning
• Completed military obligations
