Frontend Team Lead (Angular)

On behalf of our client, an online trading company, we are looking for a Frontend Team Lead (Angular) to join their highly skilled and collaborative team of dynamic professionals.

A Day in the Life of a Team Lead

You’ll be working with TypeScript, RxJS, state management (NgRx), Angular Material/Tailwind, and REST APIs to build exceptional user interfaces. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across the Angular ecosystem, follows best practices, and writes clean and maintainable code. Experience in building scalable and responsive UIs is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality Angular applications
• Design clean, scalable, and maintainable application architectures
• Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI teams to align on product vision, architecture, and delivery priorities
• Lead a high-performing front-end team, balancing hands-on development with people management

Requirements

• Strong experience of JavaScript experience, with strong expertise in Angular
• Proven experience as a Team or Technical Lead role, preferably in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, scalable design, and Angular lifecycle
• Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles
• Proficiency in HTML, SCSS, Git, and REST API integration
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Ionic Framework, AWS Services
