On behalf of our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge industrial engineering services, we are seeking a talented Electrical Industrial Engineer to join their highly-empowered team. Our client specializes in optimizing the design and assembly processes for next-generation machinery, collaborating with global leaders in the high-tech semiconductor industry.
Please note: Residency in Larissa, Greece is a mandatory requirement for this position. A relocation package is available for the successful candidate.

A Day in Your Role

As a key member of the engineering team, you will contribute directly to the development and industrialization of high-tech electrical systems. You will be involved in all phases of the product development lifecycle, from design to integration, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain critical technical documentation, including work instructions for the installation and service of cable interconnections.
  • Problem Solving & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical layouts and production processes. You will also analyze and develop robust diagnostic procedures.
  • Design & Development: Design, simulate, and test analog and digital circuits. You will also assist in the layout of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and select appropriate electrical components.
  • Project Management: Plan and prioritize your deliverables, creating clear progress reports to track project milestones.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients on-site to support equipment integration and ensure project success.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Participate in alignment and planning meetings with multicultural teams, and create comprehensive knowledge transfer documentation.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an industrial engineering, manufacturing, or electrical design environment. Experience with diagnostics and industrialization processes is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with EDA software (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle) is a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is considered a plus.
