Inside Sales Specialist
Sales RepresentantiveOn behalf of our client, a leading international software solutions provider for the banking and investment management sectors, we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop qualified opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What You Will Do

Research potential targets and utilize tools like Sales Navigator.

Engage with senior executives remotely via telephone, email, and social media.

Organize and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Develop and test demand generation scripts for specific campaigns.

Manage contact details and maintain the integrity of the CRM database.

Maintain a high call rate to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Stay updated on relevant financial and industry trends.
What You Will Bring

Degree in Computer Science, Business Studies, Marketing, Banking, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a software company.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and high energy.

Proven influencing skills with strong presentation and communication abilities.

Solid problem-solving and consultative skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
