Our client is a leading insurance organization in Greece, providing innovative insurance solutions across Life, Health, and Group Pension products with a strong focus on technology, digital transformation, and customer-centric services.
The role exists to support the continuous evolution and customization of the core insurance platform and strengthen the team responsible for product configuration and system improvements.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Fadata INSIS core insurance platform, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
You’ll work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Operations teams to deliver insurance products configurations, workflows and system enhancements, while supporting product rollouts and continuous platform improvement.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience working with core insurance platforms, ideally Fadata INSIS
- Hands-on experience with INSIS modules, tools, and product configuration
- Strong understanding of insurance processes including policy administration, claims, billing, collections, and underwriting
- Experience with XML, XSD, SQL, and understanding of SOAP/REST web services
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical configurations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience with INSIS scripting, custom extensions, or integrations
- Exposure to digital insurance projects, system migrations, or insurance portals
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments or with other core insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Sapiens, or OIPA
