IT Analyst (Lisbon)

On behalf of our client, a leading Customer Care Company in Portugal, we are currently looking for a self-driven IT Analyst, to join its IT team in Lisbon.

Your day-to-day

• Create and manage campaigns using the Company’s software
• Systems & Network management
• Provide technical support for the Company’s IT Infrastructure and to its users
• Ensure the proper function of Information Systems (IS)
• Ensure system availability
• Ability to interact with Customers to define the solutions to be adopted
• Identification of improvements

What you will need

• 3-5 years of work experience
• Solid knowledge of DB (MS SQL)
• Solid knowledge of Altitude Software
• Degree in Informatics or related area
