IT & Cloud Administrator

On behalf of our client, a well-established IT Services company, we are currently looking for a self-driven IT & Cloud Administrator, to join its team.

A day in the life of an IT & Cloud Administrator

You will be an expert in implementation and delivery of scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on Messaging (Exchange Online), Communication (Teams), Collaboration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business) and Microsoft 365 Apps.

Your day-to-day

• Configuring and troubleshooting issues related to Azure AD, Azure VMs, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V servers
• Updating hardware and software packages
• Revising documentation
• Installing computer and network systems, removing malware and other security threats
• Monitoring computer system backups
• Managing and optimizing customer IT infrastructure and providing on-site & Remote assistance
• Troubleshooting operational system issues as they arise

What you will need

• 1+ years of experience working in IT with experience in Microsoft 365 technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, Windows Servers & Hyper-V
• Troubleshooting and providing solutions for technical issues
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others.
• Passion for helping clients succeed and achieve their business goal is required
• High quality of communication, both in written and in verbal form.
• Highly motivated as a result oriented individual
• Excellent written communication and presentations skills both in Greek and English
• Driving License (Type Β) required
• Experience on migration projects such as on-premise to cloud will be consider as an asset.
• Microsoft 365 Certifications are required
