On behalf of our client, a leading Customer Care Company in Portugal, we are currently looking for a passionate IT Coordinator, to join its IT team in Lisbon.
Your day-to-day
- Coordinate the IT team, following the strategy agreed with the General Management
- Define the Information Systems (IS) strategy and the implementation
- Define the network, systems and security infrastructure architecture
- Operationalize and transpose campaigns agreed with clients into the IT system, and conduct client meetings for designing solutions
- Perform and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of systems & technologies, including but not limited to Altitude Software, networks, CPD or others to be implemented in the future
- Propose IT/IS strategies in accordance with operational and business needs and proceed with their implementation
- Ensure the permanent and correct function of IT/IS
- Ensure the compliance with the service levels that the Company needs to fulfill towards its customers
- Ensure that the Team carries out corrective and preventive maintenance on IT equipment, in accordance with contracts and instructions
- Ensure the correct function of IS and propose strategies and solutions for innovation and availability improvement
- Management of IT projects adopted by the Company
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of the IT team, particularly in performance assessments, in accordance with the Company policies
- Plan and coordinate projects to improve or restructure the Company’s Information Systems (certifications, networks, applications, software, hardware, security, etc.)
What you will need
- Proven experience working with Altitude Software
- 8+ years of work experience; experience in a similar position can be a plus
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Degree in Informatics or related area
- IT Certifications is a plus
